Trust & Compliance

Where we are today, in plain language.

SessionBridge handles sensitive information about real people's mental health and recovery. We'd rather tell you exactly where things stand than make promises we haven't earned yet.

What's true right now.

What SessionBridge is — and isn't

A support tool, not a substitute for care.

SessionBridge is
  • A way to journal, log, and prepare between sessions
  • A channel that gets information to a patient's real counselor
  • A source of standardized, validated screening tools (GAD-7, PHQ-9) offered informationally
  • A system with a fixed, automatic crisis-response rule
SessionBridge is not
  • A diagnostic tool
  • A replacement for a counselor or therapist
  • A source of therapy advice or treatment recommendations
  • A system that relies on AI judgment during a crisis
A note on our first partner. SessionBridge was built with House of Freedom, a faith-based addictions treatment nonprofit, to address a real gap their counselors saw in day-to-day care. The underlying architecture is intentionally general-purpose, so we can extend SessionBridge to other clinics as our review process and track record mature.
